 AirSpeed™ 6000
The AirSpeed™ 6000 system offers speed, versatility, durability and functionality. Our reliable machines and durable film create void-fill packaging cushions on demand.
Chains of air cushions are created using ambient air and an internal electric blower. This eliminates the need for an external air supply - such as a compressor - making the unit truly portable. Only a 230v electric power source is needed to run this machine. Simply plug in the machine, load the film and go.
Additionally, the AirSpeed™ 6000 offers faster operating speeds than its predecessors. The unit operates at a unequalled rate of over 16 metres per minute, enabling it to keep up with high-demand packaging situations. Void-fill is created on-demand minimising inventory space requirements.
AirSpeed™ 6000 can be used as a bench-top, standalone unit or in conjunction with a portable stand and Air Binz dispensing containers. The unit is ideal for applications requiring both speed and flexibility.
