Air cushion technology offers the most cost and space effective way to protect items large and small from drops and impact. Air cushions are lightweight, reusable, fully recyclable and environmentally friendly, and can be deflated for ease of disposal. Our easy to use systems produce a continuous stream of air cushions that are ideal for filling voids, blocking, bracing and cushioning products during transit.
Because void-fill is created “on-demand”, inventory and warehousing requirements are minimised. The rollstock, which creates the cushions, yields up to 3.8m3 per roll - the equivalent of 9 standard size bags of loose fill. Additionally, the cushions are extremely lightweight, reducing shipping and disposal costs.
Our new and improved HP and HPt Flex films ensure improved machine speeds, smooth running and strong sealability with excellent tensile strength. AirSpeed HP and HPt Flex pillows stretch and elongate giving significant burst strength when compared to standard cushions, perfect for heavier duty applications and longer journey cycles.
